Today I added a link in the projects section for an XML reader utility. It essentially renders any xml page in a more readable format than IE or Firefox provides. The underlying framework is written in PHP - I will make the source available when testing is complete. This will serve as a code base for some of the more advanced XML projects I intend to work on.
